Why Pyramex

Setting you up for success -- we'll get you started with strong training on our system, industry, and products. You'll have a robust industry database to mine for prospects, and most calls will be "warm" calls. Typically you will call on businesses that need our products to keep their employees safe. In other words, this isn't telemarketing, but highly targeted outreach.

Stability and growth -- we've been in business for 24 years and the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) industry as a whole is very stable. We're privately held and debt-free, our products are sold into every state and 53 different countries, and we have very low employee turnover. We're also growing steadily.

Great long-term prospects -- this position can keep you challenged and engaged for years to come. At the same time our growth will create opportunities for strong performers to advance. You might move up within sales, but we are also nimble and flexible enough to help you pursue paths into other areas, such as marketing or customer service.

Great company culture -- we are proactive about promoting a close-knit, family oriented atmosphere. For example, we bring in breakfast and lunch and sit together for a meal twice a month. We also sponsor cross-functional team-building activities such as air hockey, corn hole, badminton, and card tournaments. These events are fun and competitive, and they also help people in different departments get to know each other better. We also bring in a massage therapist once a month.

Diverse role -- the only thing that will be the same from one day to the next is that the pace will be fast. Priorities on your to-do list will change several times a day. If you're coming from a large corporate environment, you'll find it faster and easier to get things done at Pyramex . . . we're not slowed down by lots of bureaucratic red tape

The Pyramex Promise -- at Pyramex, our promise to our customers is to provide the best possible products, the best possible service and most importantly, an attitude of making our customers' lives easier on a day-to-day basis. Our values challenge us toward a commitment to truth and to deliver what we promise.

Great customer base -- we have an amazing customer base, and the vast majority of our customers truly love doing business with us. Working with great people is part of the reason why many of our employees have been with us for so long.

Excellent compensation -- in addition to a competitive wage, you'll enjoy our industry-leading benefits package. Highlights of our benefits include two weeks of paid vacation the first year (and more after that), company-paid medical insurance, paid sick days, long-term disability coverage and much more.

Keys to Success
